Our vehicle are non smoking there are NO exception. If you smoke in the car there will be a $200 fine.
You can pay with a Debit card on return day but you can NOT use it to Authorize on rental day. We need an a credit card on rental day. If you do not have a credit card with you on rental day we will charge you 1 day rental.
Yes, our minimum age for our drivers is 23.

- We will meet you at the hotel lobby or private rental property-
- We pick up and deliver before noon only
- Your rental agreement will be prepared ahead of time (you do not need to accompany us to the office)
- We will check your driver information and authorize your credit card (Amex card accepted only at the office)

You should be ready within 10 minutes
- We will meet you at the airport upon arrival, walk you to our shuttle
- At our lot you will be taken directly to your vehicle

We know emergencies happen, we don’t charge for cancellations. We ask our guests to please to cancel as soon as possible as we can try to reschedule our car and minimize our financial loss.
Collision Damage Waiver is optional additional insurance, if accepted, you will be charged $15 per day for regular vehicles and $20 per day for SUV. CDW will have a deductible for damages caused to the vehicle of $1000. This insurance covers the vehicle for damage caused by collision and does not cover accidents while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, off-road driving or one-way accidents.
Check with your credit card, you may already have CDW. If you take additional insurance it will consequently void any existing insurance on your credit card.
All accidents must be reported to the police and also a complete accident or incident report must be filed within 24 hours as well as informing Wheels 2 Go.
You need to have a valid driver’s license as well as you need to be 23 years of age or older. You also must have a have a valid credit card.
- We authorize your credit card on rental day. Authorizations are $500 on a credit card only (Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover). We do not accept Debit cards of any kind for Authorizations.
- We charge your credit card on the day you return the car (using the authorization provided on rental day).
- You do have the option of paying cash, just let me know and we will not charge your credit card on the day you return. We require a credit card on rental day, there are no cash deposits.
- The cash price remains the same.
- Not having a credit card on rental day for authorization, will result in a 1 day rental charge and we will give you a ride back to the airport.
No, you will receive the vehicle with a full tank of gas and consequently you must return it with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges.
Yes, we do provide you with child seats and booster seats accordingly. There is no additional cost as we feel safety is very important and we try to encourage it.
No, all prices include 3rd party liability insurance. This is not an option, however we do offer an additional Collision Damage Waver. We also recommend you check with your credit card before purchasing any additional insurance.
