NO, You can NOT use a digital driver license. The police department and insurance companies do not accept digital driver licenses in Aruba. If you do not have a physical driver license with you on rental day we will charge you 1 day rental and take you back to the airport. No exceptions.

NO, our vehicle are non smoking there are NO exception. If you smoke in the car there will be a $200 fine.

Can I use a Debit or Apple card for the authorization on rental day?2025-09-06T13:40:30+00:00

NO, You can NOT use a Debit or Apple card for Authorization/Deposit on rental day. NO Digital Cards are accepted. We need a valid physical credit card belonging to a driver on the rental agreement on rental day for authorization/deposit. If you do not have a credit card with you on rental day we will charge you $75 and take you back to the airport. No exceptions.

  • We will meet you outside the entrance of the hotel lobby or outside the entrance to the private rental property-
  • We pick up and deliver between 10:00 AM -12:00 (NOON) ONLY – During the afternoons we are busy at the airport only.
  • Your rental agreement will be prepared ahead of time (you do not need to accompany us to the office)
  • We will check your driver information and authorize your credit card (Amex card accepted only at the office). NO DEBIT or APPLE CARDS ACCEPTED.
  • We will walk around the car

  • We will meet you at the airport upon arrival, walk you to our shuttle
  • At our lot you will be taken directly to your vehicle
  • Your rental agreement will be prepared ahead of time (you do not need to enter the office)
  • We will check your driver information and authorize your credit card – NO DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED
  • We will walk around the car

We know emergencies happen, we don’t charge for cancellations. We ask our guests to please cancel as soon as possible as we can try to reschedule our car and minimize our financial loss.

What is Collision Damage Waiver-Optional Insurance?2023-02-09T23:42:06+00:00

Collision Damage Waiver is optional additional insurance,  if accepted, you will be charged $15 per day  for regular vehicles and $20 per day for SUV. CDW will have a deductible for damages caused to the vehicle of $1000. This insurance covers the vehicle for damage caused by collision and does not cover accidents while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, off-road driving or one-way accidents.

Check with your credit card, you may already have CDW. If you take additional insurance it will consequently void any existing insurance on your credit card.

All accidents must be reported to the police and also a complete accident or incident report must be filed within 24 hours as well as informing Wheels 2 Go.

  • Valid driver’s license. NO DIGITAL DRIVER LICENSE
  • 23 years of age or older.
  • Valid credit card. NO DEBIT CARD, NO APPLE CARD & NO DIGITAL CARDS.

Payment Terms:

  • We authorize/hold $500 on a credit card on rental day. 
  • We accept Visa, Master, Amex or Discover only. We DO NOT accept Debit or Apple cards or digital cards of any kind for Authorization /Hold. No cash for Authorization/Hold. 
  • Credit Card must belong to a driver – should belong to the primary driver.
  • We charge your rental on the day you return the car (using the authorization/hold code). You do have the option to pay cash or debit card on return day, just let us know and we will not charge your credit card. 
  • Digital credit cards or driver licenses are not accepted in Aruba. You must have a physical driver license and credti card. 
  • Not having a valid credit card or driver license on a rental day, will result in a $75 fine and we will give you a ride back to the airport. NO exceptions.

No, you will receive the vehicle with a full tank of gas and consequently you must return it with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges.

Do you have child seats and booster seats?2025-09-06T13:42:18+00:00

Yes, we do provide you with child seats and booster seats accordingly. There is for a low cost as we feel safety is very important and we try to encourage it. All our child seats are 3 in 1 and we can place them backward or forward facing. Please send un an email and let us know how you would like your child seat.

Do I need additional insurance?2023-02-09T23:41:32+00:00

No, all prices include 3rd party liability insurance. This is not an option, however we do offer an additional Collision Damage Waver. We also recommend you check with your credit card before purchasing any additional insurance.
