  • Luggage is calculated based on standard size suitcases.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

  • We will meet you at the airport when you arrive & walk you to our shuttle
  • Our lot is 2 minutes away, right across from the airport
  • At our lot you will be taken right to your vehicle
  • You do not need to enter the office, your rental agreement will be ready
  • We will check your driver information, authorize your credit card and check out the vehicle
  • You should be ready to go in less than 10 minutes

HOTEL OR PRIVATE RESIDENCE DROP OFF

  • We will drop off and pick up BEFORE NOON ONLY, at hotel or private residence
  • Exact time will be confirmed by email
  • Rental agreement will be ready before drop off
  • We will check your rental information, authorize for credit card & check out the vehicle
  • You should be ready to go in less than 10 minutes

PAYMENT TERMS

  • We do a $500 authorization/hold on a credit card on the day you rent the car (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Amex).
  • Authorization/hold must be on a credit card.
  • We do not take cash deposit. NO CASH for Authorizations. Debit or Apple Cards or Digital Cards are not accepted for authorizations/holds.
  • We charge the credit card on the day you return the car (using the authorization/hold provided by the credit card).
  • You do have the option of paying cash on return day, just let me know and we will not charge your credit card.
  • Not having a valid credit card on for an authorization, will result in a $75 charge and we will give you a ride back to the airport. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • We know emergencies happen, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We do ask our guests to PLEASE cancel as soon as possible so we can reschedule our vehicle and minimize our financial loss.

3 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL

  • Our minimum rental is 3 days
